Biography Text: Dr. Toria Koutras is a Major in the United States Army Dental Corps and is a 3rd year Periodontal resident. Dr. Koutras received her D.M.D. from Tufts University Dental School of Medicine in 2019. She is a member of the American Academy of Periodontics. She is originally from Keene, NH and enjoys spending time outdoors running, hiking, and skiing with her huband their 3 dogs.
