Biography Text: Dr. Po-Jan Kuo completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at Kaohsiung Medical University before earning both his Master of Science and Ph.D. in Medical Sciences from the National Defense Medical Center, where he currently serves on the faculty. He is a Diplomate of the Taiwanese Board of Periodontology, an active member of the Taiwan Academy of Periodontology (TAP), an international member of the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP), and the European Federation of Periodontology (EFP). In his clinical practice and academic research, Dr. Kuo is dedicated to advancing the fields of periodontal regeneration and soft-tissue management. By integrating cutting-edge microsurgical techniques with interdisciplinary collaboration, his work focuses on restoring optimal esthetics and function, achieving predictable long-term stability, and delivering patient-centered clinical outcomes.
