Peri-implant GBR has become simpler and more predictable. Pre-formed titanium meshes eliminate manual trimming and adaptation while providing excellent space maintenance for predictable bone augmentation. Now, the paradigm shifts to 3D-printed resorbable PCL/β-TCP membranes, offering CAD/CAM-customized structural stability without secondary removal surgery.
