Reconstruction of the interdental papilla remains one of the most technique-sensitive procedures in periodontal therapy. This presentation introduces a biologically driven approach combining minimally invasive vertical periodontal regeneration, connective tissue graft wall stabilization, fibrin sealant fixation, and orthodontic-assisted regeneration. Clinical cases will demonstrate how management of flap stability, blood clot stabilization, and space maintenance can enhance the predictability of papilla reconstruction and esthetic outcomes.
