The session will revisit the clinical challenge of restoring posterior sites with limited ridge width and the decision-making involved when selecting implant diameter in such scenarios. It presents findings from a randomized controlled trial comparing narrow- and regular-diameter titanium-zirconium implants supporting screw-retained monolithic zirconia crowns. One-year outcomes were evaluated across clinical, radiographic, esthetic, and patient-reported domains, offering a comprehensive perspective on performance differences between the two treatment approaches.
