Description
This session will consist of two speakers who will share and discuss emerging science regarding Perio/Ortho. The speakers are faculty, scientists, and clinical practitioners who have benefited from American Academy of Periodontology Foundation initiatives. Each speaker will give a 20-minute presentation, followed by five minutes for discussion. This course meets the Dental Board of California’s requirements for 0.75 units of continuing education.Educational Objectives
- To highlight the work of AAP Foundation-supported periodontists/residents and to stimulate a network of future leaders in academics and private practice.
