Booth Costs

  • Regular booth $40 per square foot
  • $400 charge for each corner
  • Non-Profit Booth $30 per square foot
  • $400 charge for each corner

Booth units are in increments of 100 square feet, with the smallest booth being a 10’ x 10’ unit.

Exhibit Space Fee Includes:

  • Rental of booth space
  • 8’ high draped back wall and 3’ high draped side rails
  • Aisle carpeting
  • Booth ID sign
  • 24-hour hall security
  • General cleaning of hall aisles and lounge areas
  • Four complimentary registration badges per 100 square feet of regular exhibit space.
  • Three complimentary Exhibit Hall guest passes per 10×10 booth contracted; must be requested.
  • Complimentary pre-show mailing list; upon request. Order form included in the online exhibitor service manual.
  • One listing in the Annual Meeting On-Site Mobile App of company name, phone, fax, web address, and booth number.
  • Products and services listing in the Annual Meeting On-Site Mobile App
  • Access to the Exhibitor Lounge

All hotels are within walking distance of the Seattle Convention Center so no shuttle services will be provided.

Housing reservation information will be emailed to all confirmed exhibitors in February 2026 by the official Academy’s housing and registration vendor, Maritz.
